I’m currently studying Mass Communications in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore, and am in my third year there. My interests range from photography to videography to writing. I am extremely keen to expand my knowledge in these fields I’m interested in. In particular, journalism and film photography. I currently hone and improve my skills by regularly practicing taking film photos and practicing my writing ability through thought-provoking poetry.

I'm the most invested in photography and my work can be described as documentary photography, inspired by the likes of Joe Greer and Fan Ho. I am able to use both digital and film cameras as well.

I came from an unorthodox schooling background, from being homeschooled for 10 years of my early life to studying in Temasek Junior College for a few months before coming to Ngee Ann Polytechnic. I also have unique work environments. For example, a vintage store, where I took many responsibilities like organizing and housekeeping. After experiencing many diverse working environments, it has nurtured me to look at situations from different perspectives and overall, made me more mature.

My personal beliefs, family, and friends are the priorities in my life, as they constitute me as a person. They are of utmost importance to me.

I hope to be a photographer documenting the momentous moments happening all over the world. From diseases to natural disasters; from riots to political victories; to tears of sorrow to freedom.
